1. Who I am
This page is run by Aakash Mehra, an individual developer based in Japan ("I", "me", "my"). You can reach me at any time at hello@aakashmehra.com. These terms apply between you and me, and only to this page.
2. About this page
This page shares videos I recorded from the audience at Sunil Grover Live in Tokyo on 25 September 2026. It is a temporary page. It will only be open for a few days, and I may close it, change it, or take it down at any time without notice.
3. How you accept these terms
There is no checkbox. By typing your email address and sending the form, you confirm that you have read these terms and that you accept them. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not send your email.
4. What I collect
When you send the form, I collect only the following:
- the email address you type in;
- the date and time you sent it.
I do not collect your name, your phone number, your location, or any payment details. I do not ask for, and you should not send, any sensitive personal information.
5. Why I collect it
I use your email for these purposes, and only these:
- to give you the download link for the videos on this page;
- to send you emails at any time while I hold your address, mainly about the apps I am building, including when they launch and where you can download them;
- occasionally, to send you news about these videos, such as a new link if the old one stops working.
By accepting these terms, you agree that I may send you such emails at any time, without a fixed schedule, until you unsubscribe or your email is erased. I will keep them relevant and infrequent. I will never send your address to anyone else so that they can email you.
6. How your email is stored
Your email is stored in one place only: a private database hosted by Supabase, which only I can access.
The database is protected by passwords and access controls, and nobody else has access to it. No storage method is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable care to keep your information safe. Supabase processes data on my behalf and may store it on servers outside Japan.
7. I never sell or share your email
Your email is not sold, rented, traded, or given to anyone. It is not shared with Sunil Grover, his team, the show's organisers, the venue, advertisers, or any other company. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or anything other than what is described in section 5. The only exception is if I am legally required to disclose it, for example under a valid court order.
8. How long I keep it: 90 days
Your email is kept for 90 days from the day you send it. After that, it is permanently erased from the database. Once it is erased, I will no longer be able to contact you, and I cannot recover it.
9. Unsubscribing and your rights
You can change your mind at any time. You can:
- unsubscribe by replying "unsubscribe" to any email I send, or by writing to hello@aakashmehra.com; every email I send will say how;
- ask what I hold about you;
- ask me to correct it, or to erase it before the 90 days are up.
I will act on these requests promptly, and there is no charge. Unsubscribing does not affect your access to the videos while this page is open.
10. About the videos
The videos are informal recordings I made from my seat as a member of the audience. They are shared as a fan, free of charge. You may watch and download them for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not sell them, charge for access to them, use them in advertising, or claim them as your own.
All rights in the show itself, including the performances, jokes, script, music, and branding, belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this page transfers any of those rights to you or to me.
11. No affiliation
This page is a personal fan page. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way with Sunil Grover, his management, the show's organisers or promoters, or the venue. Any names and images are used only to describe the event the videos were filmed at.
12. For rights holders
If you hold rights in the show and would like any video removed, please email hello@aakashmehra.com and I will take it down promptly.
13. Google Drive
The videos are hosted on Google Drive. When you open or download them, you are using Google's service, and Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that. I do not control what Google collects.
14. Availability, and no guarantees
The page and the videos are provided "as is". I do not guarantee that the link will always work, that the videos will stay available, or that they will be of any particular quality. I may remove the videos or the link at any time, for any reason, including if a rights holder asks me to.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of this page or the videos, including any issue with a download or with Google Drive. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
16. Age
You should be at least 16 years old to send your email. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian before signing up. If I learn that I hold the email of someone under 16 without that permission, I will erase it.
17. Cookies
This page sets one small cookie that remembers that you have already entered your email, so you are not asked for your email again. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
18. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms while the page is open. The date at the top shows when they last changed. I will not use an email address you have already given me in a way these terms did not allow when you gave it.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking it through will be handled by the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
